Community Outreach

Community Outreach operates a Food Pantry and Soup Kitchen from the Hall of St. Liborius Catholic Church.

About the Soup Kitchen

  • The Soup Kitchen is for those in need of food and for seniors.
  • Kitchen hours are: Tuesdays from 5-7pm.

About the Food Pantry

  • Food Pantry is for residents of: Beecher, Crete, South Chicago Heights, and Steger ONLY
  • Please bring a photo ID and recent proof of residence
  • Allowed only twice per month Pantry hours are: Saturdays following the first and third Fridays of the month.  Doors open at 8:45am. Service hours are from 9-11am
  • In all other weeks, the Pantry is open on Tuesday from 7-9pm
  • Signs are posted on the doors with dates and times each program is open and operating.
